Sheridan, Wyoming, holds an special place in the hearts of Matt and Shari Frisbie. For Matt, it is the nostalgic backdrop of his childhood, a place he explored, flourished, and treasured while growing up. Matt’s connection with Sheridan deepened when he introduced Shari to his beloved home, which transformed into a shared and sacred space for the couple. As their family grew to include three daughters, Sheridan became a cherished destination where beautiful family memories were etched.

The combination of Matt's architectural expertise and Shari's adept business management skills forms the cornerstone of their dynamic partnership. Together, they've forged a successful career that started in architecture and expanded into the development of senior living communities and multifamily apartment buildings. Their collective experience serves as a testament to their ability to navigate the intricate realms of design and business.

The introduction to the Teal Spring property by the Chase Brothers proved to be a pivotal moment in the Frisbies' journey. Instantly recognizing the potential, Matt and Shari had a vision of using their professional background to bring something special to life here. The result?   • · The Bighorn Mountains are particularly meaningful to the couple as that's where Matt asked Shari to marry him.

  • · In the 1880s, Matt’s great-grandfather and great-uncle homesteaded land in the area that is now Dayton, and even worked on Tie Flume for a summer or two.

  • · The Frisbies firmly maintain that if everyone could spend at least one week in the Bighorn Mountains, there would be world peace.
